I think I'm over tired after a hectic day of many work hours and not enough time to just 'be'.
Situations like this call for fun and frivolity, so I found some.
What can I say..... you know I love the muppets.
What could be better than a few classical chickens and Gonzo!
You gotta laugh, it's one of the things that truly make a house a home I reckon.

A Bit Of Laughter For A Saturday Morning.... I Love Beaker!!
Yep.
OK.
It's true.
I LOVE the muppets! They were always there when I was growing up, and they bring back fond memories of everyone having a laugh around the tele. You know I have a bit of a Swedish Chef fetish, but this video of Ode To Joy featuring Beaker is hilarious (I think so anyway).
Make sure you watch all the way to the end....
Any other closet Muppet fans out there?

The Difference Between Women and Men...
I know not all men are like this and it's a huge generalisation but....my friend sent me this pic via email a while ago, and I had a bit of a laugh....
As my partner used to run the paint department in a large paint store and has done a colour consultation course, he's probably somewhere in the middle which is nice! I have very intelligent conversations about colour with him. :)

Preeeesenting........ A Cat In A Bag.....
Aaahh, yes.... I may have been remiss in not posting some Monday Morning Music this morning.... but here I attempt to make it up to you with....

Whose Line Is It Anyway?! Laughter Is So Good Isn't It?
As a theatre performer, one of the shows I've always loved watching and admired to pieces is 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?'
This show is all about improv, and being handed situations and scenarios on the spot for which the participants have to make up songs, scenes, dialogue.... all sorts of stuff.
We call it 'theatre sports' over here, and we sometimes even have nights of it with theatre group teams pitted against one another to see who wins.
I took part in a few of these many, many years ago, and boy does it keep you on your toes. Don't think I could get anywhere near it now.
Anyhow, I feel like a good laugh today, so here's a little snippet from a 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' episode that also includes Robin Williams (as well as 3 regular show members).
Remember, all of this is made up on the spot.
And here's my favourite performer from the show, Wayne, who usually does the 'song styles' section by himself. An audience member gets picked at random, and he's given a song style to sing it in (at random), and he makes up the words on the spot. (Like he and Robin did for Jeremy in the clip above).
I love Wayne, and I love laughing!!

For Your Weekend Entertainment... A Squirrel Take-over, A Cat Shower, and A Surprise!!
These 3 items were found over on Cute Overload in their Top 10 Posts of 2009 post.
Oh my goodness..... so cute and FUNNY!
First up, a squirrel take-over. This little guy decided HE wanted to get in on the action in this holiday snap.
Gotta love a 'limelight stealing' squirrel!
And now, secondly, preeeeeeeesenting...... the most inefficient water drinker in the entire world. (Or the smartest one, I'm not sure if putting his mouth under the stream of water would have been any better!) By the end of this (at the 2 minute mark it progressed to the ridiculous stage), I was in gales of laughter. Sore stomach.
Finally, a surprise....... everybody loves them!
