Marie Langaa Pedersen is a danish designer and creator of these wonderful ceramics that I want to share here. The teabag and cotton cup are made to replicate the texture of cloth, and the tea pot handle is a door knob. I decided to make a post about this products because not only they are really pretty but because they surprised me. I was wandering around a design shop when I saw those cups on a shelf and immediately wanted to hold one. I got startled by how light it was, and how fragile it felt in my hand...it felt like it was made of paper and I could destroy it just by breathing on it. Just loved it. It made me smile. (And every time I go back to that shop I hold one of those cups just because it feels so funny).
